Started career as a commercial casualty underwriter with Aetna Insurance Company and became a broker/agent in 1985. Over 30 years experience in the insurance industry, with seven years experience at an international brokerage firm. Assist commercial clients in the development of their insurance and risk management programs in an effort to protect company assets. Coordinate all aspects of the client's program including loss control/safety, claim reviews, marketing of insurance policies, training in risk transfer, and assisting in overall insurance and risk management process. Clients include general building contractors, developers, heavy engineering, specialty trade contractors, architects and engineers, manufacturers, health care, retail, and misc. service industries.

Workers’ Compensation Claim Specialist. Twenty-five plus years in the workers' compensation industry including nine years at national brokerages. Involved directly with clients as an extension of their claims management staff. Interacts with insurance carriers, third party administrators and defense attorneys to outline aggressive resolution plans and appropriate reserves on guaranteed costs, large deductible and retrospective programs.
